“ES” Series
The ES series is designed for Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and reliability growth programmes requiring temperature change rates of 5°C per minute.
All ES chambers are equipped with air condensers, except the 340 litre model, which uses water condensation to maintain a compact footprint.
Suitable for applications where controlled temperature cycling is a key part of product validation.
“ESS Speedy” Series
The ESS Speedy series supports manufacturers in identifying product defects and production weaknesses at an early stage.
Environmental stress screening accelerates early-life failures in boards and components, reducing the risk of faults occurring after final assembly or during the warranty period.
Available in versions offering temperature change rates of:
- 10°C per minute
- 15°C per minute
Versions capable of 20°C and 25°C per minute are available on request.

Innovative Software
ACS environmental stress screening chambers are equipped with the integrated MyKratos™ all-in-one software platform. This enables users to manage, monitor and support the chamber via desktop and mobile devices using WiFi, Ethernet or mobile network connectivity. No additional hardware or external software is required.
Each chamber incorporates a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to manage operational functions and safety interlocks, ensuring stable and secure performance.
A dedicated interface enables control via tablets and smartphones, as well as secure remote internet access.
Multiple chambers can be connected in cluster mode, allowing centralised supervision from a single control point.
MyKratos™ also includes MyAngel24™, a remote teleassistance system that maintains a continuous 24-hour connection to a secure server. Operating conditions and potential anomalies are monitored in real time, supporting faster diagnostics and more efficient service and maintenance response.
