Photovoltaic Panel Test Chambers

The three principal models – PV3000, PV4500 and PV8500 – are designed to meet standardised test methods defined within:

  • IEC 61215, IEC 61646 and IEC 62108 (Photovoltaic Modules)
  • EN 12975-1 and EN 12975-2 (Thermal Modules)

The DH models are climatic chambers specifically configured for long-duration damp heat testing in accordance with standard requirements, typically 85°C / 85% RH for 1000 hours. This allows higher-performance chambers to be allocated to more complex environmental test sequences.

The UV3000 is a dedicated chamber developed to carry out the required radiation pre-treatment phase.

Additional equipment, including hail impact test systems and data acquisition systems, can be supplied on request.

KeyKratos Plus™ Control System

The KeyKratos Plus™ system is built on a PLC architecture and features a colour touchscreen interface for configuring and managing automatic and cyclic test programmes.

  • 5.7-inch TFT touchscreen with 65,536 colours for responsive control
  • Three storage media for cycles, recordings and alarms: memory board, USB pendrive and internal memory
  • Touch menu with contextual pop-up screens for straightforward navigation

Optional ACS WinKratos™ remote control software enables PC-based management of single chambers or multi-chamber installations (up to 16 units).
