Environmental protection and energy efficiency are increasingly important in modern testing environments. The Flower® climatic chamber represents a significant development from ACS, introducing innovative technology to improve environmental performance.
During stabilisation phases, energy consumption can be reduced by approximately 70%. This is achieved through a patented system incorporating an inverter-controlled compressor, which adjusts compressor speed to match operating demand, together with a “cold sink” designed to enhance cooling efficiency.
Noise levels can be reduced by around 50%. The inverter regulates compressor rotation speed, lowering it to approximately 40% of nominal speed where operating conditions allow. In addition, an automatic control system adjusts condenser blower speed according to ambient temperature and required cooling capacity.

Innovative Software
ACS Flower® eco-friendly test chambers are equipped with the integrated MyKratos™ all-in-one software platform. This enables users to manage, monitor and support the chamber via desktop and mobile devices using WiFi, Ethernet or mobile network connectivity. No additional hardware or external software is required.
Each chamber incorporates a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to control all chamber functions and safety interlocks, ensuring reliable and secure operation.
A dedicated interface enables control via tablets and smartphones, as well as secure remote internet access.
Multiple chambers can be connected in cluster mode, allowing centralised supervision from a single control point across the facility.
MyKratos™ also includes MyAngel24™, a remote teleassistance system providing continuous 24-hour connection to a secure server. Operating conditions and potential anomalies are monitored in real time, supporting faster diagnostics and more efficient service and maintenance response.
