If the equipment has a water condenser, check that the system has a sufficient water supply; if the system has a sufficient supply and the difference in temperature between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe is very low or is non existent, this indicates that the condenser is blocked and has to be cleaned or replaced (the temperature difference can be measured by simply touching the pipes with your hand). If the above solution does not resolve the problem, contact the service department for assistance.
