MY ANGEL24™ - REMOTE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM
A device equipped with VPN technology on board carries out the remote connection between the test chamber and MyAngel24™ remote assistance system. A secure connection client installed on the communication device establishes a secure VPN connection between the chamber and the server using a univocal certificate provided by Angelantoni Test Technologies. The secure connection across the web appears to the user as a private network, where all communication is encrypted for data confidentiality.
MyAngel24™ is supplied with a SIM card for wireless connection via GPRS. On request LAN connection via Ethernet can be supplied (see below technical form to be filled in and sent back to us together with the order).

- The remote server
located at Angelantoni headquarters (in Massa Martana, Perugia) hosts the database for data storage and acquisition. - The remote connection
is created by connecting the climatic chamber to the VPN by GPRS/UMTS, or on request by Ethernet connection to an enabled company LAN. - The climatic chamber
is equipped with an electronic device functioning as an integrated terminal, allowing for connection to the remote server. - The company network connection
can be set up through a web browser, with access regulated according to a hierarchy of authentication privileges.
